Reliance Trends — Misbehavior by reliance trends Bhadrak manager

Hello Trends Team,

I am a frequent customer of reliance stores who visits trends/ other reliance stores very often, but this time the experience was very very bad.
In details if I explain, I went to reliance trends Bhadrak- Odisha on 28Dec'2021 to exchange a jacket, the jacket price was 1999, so I took 2 jackets, one for exchange and another one for a new buy.
The jacket which I selected to exchange was above 1999, as I need to fulfill the exchange policy and was expecting to pay the remaining amount, and another jacket was of 1999 which had 30% discount.

They purpose fully deducted the whole amount 2300/- from my card for the 1st jacket which I purchased to exchange the jacket and argued like a road side street vendor for the exchange on previous product, store manager Soumya Ray made me so harassed where I had no point to have a genuine discussion, he knowingly teased us by saying, " I am not going to give any discount(on store offer product) you do whatever you want, he argued for more than 30mins and said it's my wish to get you discount or not, though there is an offer, I will not let you get that discount."

My big concern here is, no matter whatever the issue is, but it was looking like an individual's shop where there is no authority and a manager can behave or do whatever he wish.

I have only option left to put a consumer case for such kind of behaviour. I request you to reach out to me to know more about the issue and kindly respond if you want to address this request.
