Reliance Trends — Miss behaviour of sales executive

Hi, This incident took place on 1st of Janurary'16 at Diamond City Mall - Nagerbazar (Branch Code - 8139), Kolkata. While giving merchandise for billing, Cashier named Chandan told us that, one of the merchandise is not taking discount in the system, so we have to purchase the same on MRP or we have to leave the same at the counter. When asked to check the same with respective department, he denied straight away and said that, he will not able to call anyone at the cash counter for validation, we have to go and find the person and ask for exact price. He also told us that, either we have to take the garment in MRP or we have to leave the same at the counter itself. When we asked him to call Department/Floor Manager for Complaint, then he said that, he doesn't know where the DM is and we have to go and find him at the Customer Care area. we are a regular customer of your shop and this kind unprofessional/rude behavior from a sales person is highly unappreciated at the store. While contacted the DM, Gurdeep Singh Walia (Contact No - [protected]), he called that Executive (Chandan) in front o[censored]s to apologies, but the executive denied to do so, even he said that, he has not said all such things and we are lying. Even the Department Manager could not say anything. Then we left the store without buying anything and decided complaint the incident. We felt very insulted and humiliation that day and thought of putting across to you as a serious complaint expecting strong action against the employee. Looking forward to your response and action.
