Reliance Trends — money

On 23rd november i've returned a product.

For the past 10 days its showing office is closed when i called delhivery customer care they said they can't do anything because they tried to ship but office is closed.
Reliance trends return policy is the worst its been almost a month and they've not initiated refund when i call them their response is always the same.
How many days will you guys take to initiate my refund.
