Purchased mens wear from nagpur shop on 5/11/2018 20.49 hrs
Swap card for rs 15014 boi debit card transaction decine error
Hence payment done by other card. But amount debited from my previous transaction also. Message from bank. Checked fro bank passbook after 4 days but still debited amount not credited
Complaint given at nagpur custamer care but till date no communication received.
