At the time of selling ur sales people told that we will give u credit note i[censored] want to return product for september sale they told.. They also told me for exchange... Yesterday i went to ur store i asked them for exchange second time they told no only one time exchange we will do... not other time.. Its not a way u are not allowing customers to try atleast.. and if then they are exchanging.. U are behaving like that... Size issues ho rhe so wht should i do? At the time of sales ur statement is different... and after that..getting this response..

At the time of purchasing ur sales executive told that we will give credit note i[censored] want to return or exchange also.. As trial not allow... Yesterday i went to ir store and tell thm to make credit note they told we will nt give credit note only we will exchange.. Thn why they gave wrong commitment at the time of selling.. Thn i told thm to exchange for second time... They told we will not exchange second time and talked with me in rude manner.. Size issues exist again thats y i told her to exchange... Its not ethical way to do business by doing wrong commitment with customers...
