Hi Team,
I visited your store reliance trends in omaxe connaught mall greater Noida today on 10 October and have a very pathetic abd bad experience. The store manager name is Keshav at that store. I took 3 ladies t shirt from reliance trends and there was a offer in that if you purchase 3 t shirts the cost of each t shirt will be 299 each. I asked the sales person also and they confirmed me of the offer. We took 1 hour to select and then we taken trial in trial room and finalised it. When I reached to billing counter then they made a bill of 1897 rupees for 3 tshirt which was wrong. The bill which I was supposed pay was 299*3 = 897 rupees but they were saying and arguee with me and said that we cannot give this as product. The manager of store name waa Keshav and his behaviour was pathetic as no customer satisfaction. This was reliance trends store fault not the customer. If they have put wrong offer then it's their responsibility to bare it and satisfy customer and provide the product but I am really upset with the kind of behaviour and solution. Never recommend anyone to visit reliance trends as they are cheating with customer and putting something and on billing charging differently.
Will never ever visit reliance trends abd will never ever recommend anyone in my family members abd friends circle.
Poor service and pathetic customer satisfaction. No solution. Your store manager Keshav who is incharge of store is pathetic and don't know how to satisfy customer and arguing with me.
