Yesterday day we went for shopping at trends shop.
After purchasing clothes we visited at payment section where the staff is working very slowly. I was second in queue, after waiting 15 min i asked other staff member to make the payment as the earlier staff member is working very slowly but he refused to do so, i have to unneccessary wait 25 min for my turn, when my turns come he entertain other person who breaks the queue, i request them that i had urgency and need to go early because of bus booking but they ignore it and asked me to wait for making payment.
When my turn comes clothes barcode were scan and i given the coupons for redeem he just ignore the coupon, 2-3 times i had asked him to redeem the coupon after 5 mins he takes the coupon, i requested him to cut bag’s lock in order to take wallet outside, he refused to do so and says its not my duty to cut the bag lock ribbon and rudely tell us go to outside corridor person (Who was in opposite direction too far from payment section), an asked to make it cut and then came back to make the payments, i again told him its urgency please cut it so that we can proceed for payment, repeatedly request for same but he refuses continuously saying its not my duty. He even started an argument with me unnecessarily without listening to my issue. This is so pathetic behaviour from stafff.
We went to customer desk to register the complaint but no one was there and other staff redirected us to ground floor, when we went to ground for registering a complaint they said we are not putting trends complaint here please visit top floor desk, we explained them the top floor staff has sent us here to register the complaint, we asked them for form / register/ online portal over there for registering complaint they said we don’t have anything here, then i asked them to connect any supervisor or manager via telephone they said telephone are inoperable/ nonfunctional and don’t have any supervisior right now.
It was ridiculous behaviour from staff member unnecssary waste my time and money, behavioural etiquette are lacking in these people. The staff should be trained how to deal with customers and gives the proper respect and understand their urgency, should hire good workers rather than bad manner and slow workers. Premises should have proper communication and complaint and governance section. Its un satisafible to make shopping from trends due to pathetic behaviour from staff member. If they don't value the customer then why should people go those shops. i will never visit trends any more.
