Reliance Trends — Product defective

Address:Vivira mall,shop no S216 and S217,old mahabalipuram road,Navallur,Chennai-603103

I bought shoes from trends footwear. I saw only one shoe after seeing that I bought it but when I came home and saw the shoes, I found one shoe is completely bad I complained but they are neither refunding the money And neither are giving shoes like that..
