Reliance Trends — received a product which I haven't ordered and I am not able to return it back.

Sir i am jyoti aggrawal.i often use your online portal of reliance trends for shopping.recently i have purchased many items for shopping.but alongwith the ordered items i had also recieved a product which was not ordered by me.every time i am applying to return it it is not accepted by ur site.furthermore when i try to call the customer care the no which is provided online says that the number is not valid.after being tired of all these things i have choosed this platform to convey my displeaure for your custome service .sir solve the issue.otherwise it will prompt many of the users like me to never shop with this company and left us with the felling of being cheated.
