I have purches a ac on sunday from burdwan reliance trend and they promised that the ac will be iinstalled within tuesday but still the ac not installed by their end and the behavior of delivery boy was very unexpected... They took the ac in front of the gate when we told that please put the ac to the up staired they informed the engenior will carry the same... Thats fine...
But my main problem is when the ac get installed by reliance trends... Very poor service...

R06143476 order no.items cancelled and qty not proper, got 1 item instead of two no information, amt not credited back..making fool by giving coupons for online shopping.i will go to consumers court if grevience not resolved..
