Reliance Trends — regarding an offer

The offer was, buy two jealous21 pants and get 40%discount on it. After spending around 2 hours picking up two jealous21 brand pants, at the billing counter, he says there is no such offer. In the first place why was it mentioned that buy 2 jealous 21 pants and get a discount of 40% . it was clearly mentioned. how did the offer vanish that way?. it happened in bangalore, kamannahalli, kalyannagar -560043. After i told that, the person din't even apologize for it. I don't know what manners are taught to them. Out if frustration, i left everything i had picked worth 5k. anyways, I am never entering a reliance trends shop again.
