there I have purchased one set of dress (night dress) for my daughter it was displayed RS. 499 for set. But when I gave that in billing counter that lady after billing she was telling only for top rs. 499 and you should pay extra for pant. They could have told before billing. Really its cheating and irresponsible people. After fighting they issued one reliance credit note forcibly instead of cash and they told you can use card in any reliance outlet for one year validity. Today that is on 18.11.2020 I visited to reliance fresh in Bangalore for purchase. There card is not taking. Really it is a cheating by reliance people. Please solve this issue. one more suggestion donot cheat the customers like this forcibly issuing credit note. please return the amount as it is. Please return the amount in the form of cash.
Tell me how to go ahead. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
