Me and and my friend Dr Pummy Roy visited Reliance trends in Bhagalpur, Bihar today I.e.on12 jan2021.When we went to the billing counter we were told that if we get a single bill for the purchase of more than 5000 rupees we will get tea set at an extra amount of Rs 200 only.
We did that.
But after coming home we saw that they have charged us Rs847 for tea set of 1000.
Is this your idea of gift.
What am I supposed to do next?
Will you look into this matter?
I was a dedicated Reliance customer. But I no longer have faith in your company. I have kept the bill
