Dear Sir,
I am a regular customer of Reliance trends and have already made shoping for good amounts in the past and have earned some royalty points as mentioned below-

2-. [protected] -Rs 62.13/-
Today, unfortunately i visited the trend showroom at Mainpuri(cin no -001100mh1999plc120563), Uttarpradesh .I again purchased of Rs 6444/- and during bill payment, i requested to counter executive to redeem my royalty points which was shown on my mobile number
.He denied to do the same .when i contacted with customer care manager Mr Dhananjay Mishra for redeeming the points he also denied with out proper justification . He said that - Next Time Karwa Lena . When i asked about the reason, he was not having any satisfactory answer.
I asked complaint register to register my complaint but he also denied to provide the same . I never expecting such non proffessional and un trained behaviour from the executive of Reliance Trends .Today i faced poor customer service and bad and ruddy attitude from your employees especially from customer care manager Mr Dhananjay which is downgrading the image of such a big brand Reliance Trends.
I request u to please look in to the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest and take appropriate action against such erring executives .
Please take suitable action otherwise loose your customers like me.
