Hello, I want to request you to please train your staff for how to attend their customers or please gove them some training at your new branches of reliance trends. Today I visited your Hoshangabad outlet of Reliance Trends for the exchange of a dress at 1 pm but the girl at the cash counter asked me to come after 2 pm cause the manager was not at the outlet. Then I revisited the outlet at 5:30 pm the girl who was checking the temperature told me to visit the next day cause the timing for the exchange is 5 till 5 pm only.
But somehow they allowed me to go in but when I asked the person who was in charge for the return of goods was very Rude. He told me to get the bill for the return of goods but I told him I am not having the bill so he rudely replied that ITNA TO COMMEN SENSE HONA CHAHIYE KI KOI SAMAN RETURN KARNA HO TO BILL LANA PADEGA. So I told him its ok let me search the bill if I get it then we will come to return. But he followed us to the main door and asked the girl at the main door INHE ANDAR KAISE GHUSNE DIYA CHECK KARNA CHAHIYE NA KI BILL BHI HAI YA NAHI AISE KAISE ANDAR AANE DETE HO LOGON KO. This thing is seriously not acceptable. In this pandemic time when no one is even visiting your outlet if any customer is going for the shopping then if your staff will behave like this then no one is ever going to visit your stores.
