Reliance Trends — Size Exchange was not accepted

I bought 5 ankle length leggings in Reliance TRENDS along with some other products, they haven't mentioned any where for those products exchange is not available. When I came to exchange same products with another size they was not accepted. IT WAS VERY BAD TO DO LIKE THIS TO CUSTOMER'S 😔.
