Reliance Trends — Size matter

Today as on 22.4.21 We purchased from Reliance trends Nagaon Assam branch .sir we purchased Total Rs. 9132.00 and they have discounted 50% ..and we have paid Rs. 4632/- as per bill. Sir my complaint is that we wrongly pic small size of 4 articles and we have come to Reliance shop after 2 hours for exchange but the staff did not exchanged the article so we requested you sir please look after in this matter.And we are the regular Coustemr of your Mall.

And also the staff behaviour was not good they don't tell us the policy regarding discounted item and when we ask about the manager for clarifying the matter but he or she will not come to resolve the problem
