Reliance Trends — Store not exchanging the product after visiting so many times

I have purchased a product on 7 sept 2021 from reliance store in saharanpur. There was a size issue for which I visited the store on 9 sept bt exchange was denied by the staff saying that the system is not working. Then again I visited the store 2 times same thing happened the system was not working. Today I visited again and there was no connectivity today also.. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

I have made this complaint on 28 sept 2021 but still the issue is not resolved. Kindly do the issue resolved at the earliest.
