Reliance Trends — The behaviour of woman present at the billing area

This is about the the attitude, the demeaning behaviour and what not, about the woman present at the billing area, who I think was telling what is allowed and what is not to the people who were billing. She left her limits, she did not think even once about the customer that we were and spoke to us in such a non forgivable and unacceptable manner.
So the situation was - we went to the store to exchange items worth 3500 rs, and we bought other items along with some lingerie items in return to exchange. After going at the billing counter this woman rudely speaks out that from this very day a rule has been passed which says that we have to pick up items from the brand and of the same price as of those which have to be exchanged. And mind me we visited the store a day before and there was no rule as such. Keeping aside the tone in which she told us, we agreed to the condition and went ahead to fulfill her conditions.
Then the second time we came to the counter with the conditions fullfilled, but still she kept interfering in the process by asking bills of previous 2 purchases instead of the exchange bill and reciept being there . She just wasted our time and delayed a simple 5 min billing to 15 mins.
Now comes the main part till now was just a start.
After the exchange, we were separately purchange 2 lingerie items with 1298 rs.

Quick backstory - the day before we had come to the store and during the billing the person took extra 600 rs from us by mistake, which he credited to a reliance card and gave us as he couldn't give us cash.

So the payment for the 2 items was going to be like - "our 600 rs from the reliance card" and the remaining amount from our normal credit card.
Now mind you she even came to interfere here and this time she crossed all her limits.
Now she began shouting, and by shouting I mean shouting only. She started yelling that these 600 rs from the reliance card can't be used to pay the amount of the 2 lingerie items. There is this rule and we have to follow it. She went on asking of 3 bills back to back to check how we got those 600 rs in the card, she kept demeaning, having no care of her manners, language, way of talking.
She did not understand and was not even trying to, that this was not an exchange purchase but a separate purchase which we were using our very own money that was stuck in a card because of your billing employee's mistake, and we can't keep on taking rounds in the store for your unmentioned, Unagreeable conditions. We can't waste our time.
She did not get her duty and her facts straight that we no where did not respect her condition of not accepting lingerie in exchange but we're purchasing it differently.
Throughout we tried to explain her the situation but she showed no respect in front of the whole crouwd present at the billing area, she insulted us, and we being from a well reputed place maintained our calm and tried to let it go without causing any chaos, she was one of most least supportive understanding employee I have ever seen with no standards!
We our buying 2 lingerie items with our own money stuck in a reliance card and the extra money from our own credit card, in the way of convincing her this it took our 45 minutes. And mind you we have work to go to even mid pandemic!
The only reason we had to give so muchhhh of our time, our respect, our reputation only because that woman was not letting the billing happen and we couldn't even leave our 600 rs lying in that card!
Because of that lunatic, non forgivable woman my mom and me myself had to raise our voices as she was just out of control.
This was a serious issue of lack of behaviour, respect, duty, care of customer.
And we were the stores regular customer, and before this one woman no one was this disrespectful to us!
I appeal dearly and genuinely for very strict actions to be taken against that woman what so ever.
She just can't yell at people like us who care for standards and peace.
I want strict actions to be taken
This is my complaint and I want it to be fullfilled as that woman was the worst nightmare of my life till date, and wasted our hour!

The store lost its regular customer, and with that woman being present there the store is definitely going to loose more as the woman's behavior screams that out loud.
