Reliance Trends — urgent action please-non refund of debited amount

I am dr anuradha krishnadas nair from trivandrum kerala. I had made a purchase of 10004.75 rs on 18.06.2018 at reliance trends keston road kowadiar trivandrum. The debit card which i used was swiped and my account was debited of the said amount. But the salesperson claimed that the realisation of the bill had not occurred and hence i had to use my card a second time and the same amount was debited again. I was told that the amount would be refunded but till now i have not received the amount. I am a first time customer at your store and this is what i am going through. I am going abroad in 2 days time and it is truly pathetic that i have to run behind all this. Usually when there is an issue of non realisation of the bill the amount gets refunded within 30 minutes. It is 2 days now and i am being caused all this inconvenience and mental stress for some fault at your store. I want the refund at the earliest.
