We have been told that there was an offer of instant discount of Rs.1000/- for the purchase of Rs.3999/- and since the offer is used, they denied us the utensil gift offer that we have been told for the purchase of Rs.3999/- and more.

They also told us that we would not be able to adjust the coupon also.
