I am shopping from reliance trends from last 5 years in gadag on 2nd of April 2021
i had purchased of Rs 6500 My actual size is 32 I bought 2 sin jeans pant one of my sin Jeans pant size 30 came Wrongly So I went to the store to make the replacement of the 32 size instead of Study 30 size
I asked for the replacement The cash counter boy said there is no replacement for the item u have to pay extra amount I told I had purchased the day before my size was worgly taken I request alot but they told u have to pay 700 rs extra I told them I will not pay but the every one in counter boys started taking and one of boy came to me started arguing and behaviors was very worst finally he told you better take the replacement and get out.
I am very much hurt about the the words which the boy said I had purchased near in reliance trends near to 1 lakh and and reliance digital near to 3 lakh my mobile number is [protected] you can check details.
The service which I got at reliance trends is worst and very horrible behavior & language is like low class.
I told the boy You are dependent on the customer customer are not dependent Again he said go out.
I am finally requesting you that the boy which made me very much upset about the service please take action against him immediately and also please call me I need to talk.
