Reliancejio — Non Refund of Amount

1. Sir I have recharged mobile number [protected] through SBI YONO Lite for amount of Rs 750/- debited on 21 Aug 2022 (UHC5126791 reference number of transaction). But mobile not recharged.

2. I again recharge mobile number [protected] through SBI YONO Literally on 23 Aug 2022 for Rs 666/- amount debited mobile not recharged (UHC5149248 reference number of transaction).

3. JIO company says that NO recharge found. However, sbi customer representative said that amount paid to merchant.

4. You are requested to kindly personally look into the matter and refund the amount quoted at Paragraph 1 & 2 to my bank account at the earliest please.
