I have purchased a SYSKA LED BLUB 9W B22 6500K on 05/11/2021 at Subhash Chowk Jaipur SMART POINT Reliance Retail Limited. It has One year warranty, which is already mentioned on packet.The bulb failed. When i took the bulb to same mart with bill, asking for warranty details they replied no replacement. I asked them the reason for no replacement and they have no answer.
I just want to tell that the SYSKA LED BLUB 9W B22 6500K led bulb has one year warranty and if so please ask your mart staff to replace it under warranty.
