As i opened my demat account online & that time the branch allocated to me was Jaipur but from the last 4 years i am not residing there. So I have transferred my account to Ankleshwar. For this account closure I went to the branch but the broker office does not exist at the address as given on your website & later then I contacted that person but he did not respond.
For this I have contacted religare customer service & they told me that we will arrange a call back from your broker but he did not call me.
After a few days I called him again, then he picked the call & told me that i didn't open your account so i can't close your account.
If you want to close your account then contact to customer care. We are not sitting here to close your account. For this I have complained so many times in customer care but everytime you people give only time to resolve but nothing happened about my problem.
At the time of account opening you people call so many times but when customers want to close nobody will respond. Was this information helpful? |
