As per our telephonic dicussion with mr. Ajay
Following is my complaint:
1. 4th may we were guidedby your mail (Scan copy attached) about 10 % deduction and we have done the same, now on 4th october you are contradicting and supersiding at 2.5 % rate.
Request to be firm on one statment not take clients for granted and do as per your fancies whenver you feel
2. We have send mails to mr sarang patel (Copy atatched) of revised tds certificate (Amount as per what you told us) on 16th september and have yet not recived tds amount rather again on 4th october we are asked about revised certificate.
Would like to ask what is this irresponsible and negligent behaviour of mr sarang and your other executives for repeatedly troubling clients for already subbmitted and / or discussed matters.
Our account is closed since may and till date we are not given tds refund. We want reply as to whether you will refund my tds or not by today or else we will be compelled to escalate case to rbi, media and / or consumer forum for troubling us. Was this information helpful? |
