Dear sir,
I had purchased a health policy from ' religare health insurance ' in 2016. This year when i was renewing my policy, there was a option of increasing sum insured, so i thought of increasing it, but later soft copy the policy did not come out, money deducted. After 2 day i receive a email from religare team stating hike in premium due to x y reason by under writing team instruction.
I immediately contacted religare office and wanted a roll back of policy to its old premium, for which i sent a email also.
Today its 14 days past this incident but religare has not responding to my email or calls properly. My policy has expired on 6 july 2020.
Please help resolve this issue.
