Hello, This is to bring to your notice that your company is not keeping up the promise it makes to it clients. I had opened the Demat account with you quite some time back, Mr Abdul Hameed regional manager helped me opened the account under special offer that the Demat account will be free for life, however I notice a debit balance in my account of Rs 675/-. I had a chat with Mr Mukund gupta in the customer care and got the information that you have started charging annual maintainace fee from 2010, I am sure this would not be applicable to customer who have been promised a life time free account. I kindly request you to take note of this and convert my Demat account back to life time free account.
