Relliance Digital — Defective product supplied by relliance and no proper customer support

I bought an AC in relliance digital keelkatalai chennai. It was a brand of Haier. After installing we got some foul smell in the AC while using. 3 service done by relliance till date however the issue still stands unresolved. I've been cheated by relliance by giving a defective product.
