We have purchased a KWID 1.0 RXT (O) AMT EIV, from m/s Crystal Automobiles pvt. ltd. Ghaziabad on 8th December 2016 vide invoice no. VEH/01049/16-17.

Till date, we have not received the R.C. and the vehicle permanent number,
inspite of innumerable reminders.

During booking we had specified smokey alloy wheels, which were provided after two weeks.

we are disappointed and keeping our fingers crosssed for the future.

    Renault India team,
    I have a Kwid RXT(O) bought last year, regn no. UP14CS2304.

    Last night, when my brother was coming back from office, the steering wheel of the car suddenly got free and stopped responding.
    The steering became instantly non responsive and the wheels were not turning WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION.

    This is totally unacceptable, since this could have turned to be fatal accident.

    Luckily he was driving at slow speed otherwise this could have become uncontrollable.

    I want this to be looked upon very seriously by Renault management and I am looking forward for an explanation from your side.

    The vehicle has been towed to Renault Ghaziabad (Crystal Automobiles)

      On 25.12.2016, during journey from Ahmedabad, I took patrol of Rs. 500 from petrol pump Named Jay Boot Bhavani, near Limbdi, Vastadi Gujarat -363410. I always take receipt of my fuel purchase.
      Then I went for 200 km to Jamnagar. I gave a break of 1.5hrs to my Kwid and had dinner there. When I tried to start the car again to go further, it didn't started. Engine when given ignition started and then with high broken sound (like khat khat khat) stopped. I had to get it towed to service station. It took me 5hrs extra and lot of inconvenience and embarrassment to reach my home. I was travelling with my family and the vehicle is new and I could not expect this.
      Service station is now saying that the fault came in my car is due to faulty fuel and I have to bear the cost of repair. I have told service station not to touch the car. I cannot accept this excuse as vehicle had run for approx. 200 km after filling the fuel and after 1.5hrs of break it didn't started.
      I want to return the car and want my money back.
      Guide me what to do. Should I go to court or I can get any solution without court.

        We had purchased car number WB 08 8811 in October 2014 at Kolkata in the name of Deepak Merbles and Granites. In April 2016, the car met a small accident where the seat adjacent to driver was hit slightly by the divider on road. Your office advised us to visit the service center run by Vibrant Motors at Hyde road for repairing of the car.
        The service center kept the car for two months, charging 70, 000 and we were returned the car in June 2016 with a serious problem of tyres and the car would shake while driving. When we reported to the service center repeatedly, they asked us to again sent the car. But even then the issue was unresolved.
        As the problem persisted, we kept on complaining about the problem continuously. We sent the car again in October when they again retained the car for 7 days and billed us 12000 for servicing and repair of the same. He also told that their allignment machine is not working, so requested us to get it from outside.
        Allignment report was sent but till date, even after so much follow ups, Mr Avijit and Mr Suren, who is handling our matter has not reverted with a solution for my car .
        I had purchased this car with great trust on the company but the service center persons have acted so recklessly that now I do not get pleasure in driving this car due to its problem .

          To whomsoever it may concern,

          This is to bring to your immediate attention the shockingly bad and extremely poor customer service provided by your service station in noida sector 2 (A-79, udhyog marg a block, sector 2, a block, sector 2, noida, uttar pradesh 201301).

          I own a renault duster top range awd (2014) model. Recently on 19-dec-16, whilst driving back home to delhi from greater noida in the night – the car suffered a coolant leak.

          The moment the leak logo appeared on the odometer display panel – i stopped the car, and called-up the towing service to get the car towed away to the nearest service centre.

          That’s when the nightmare actually began!

          The next day on 20-dec-16 (Tuesday), no one from the service centre bothered to call and tell me the car had arrived there at their service centre till afternoon. Only then, when i phoned in to the person in-charge (Mr gourav) – he told me that the car issue is being looked into.

          After an hour of calling-up, i visited the centre to check what was going on, and found that the car was parked badly along the side of the road, without even being inside the service garage. It was only after my prompting, the car got looked into.

          And that’s when the famed renault poor customer service show began! The service technician (Mr amir) without even looking at the damaged part confidently said – “the radiator will get replaced, this will get replaced, that will get replaced”. I was literally left fuming and seething to observe how could someone troubleshoot and come-up with solutions without even looking at the problem. Unbelievably poor.

          Nonetheless, the show went on, and feeling helpless, quite literally at the mercy of the service centre – i got sucked into getting the radiator replaced. Not only the radiator – there were a few parts along with it, which according to the service technicians warranted a replacement – ac gas being one of it (!). It was 3:00 pm, and i was told the work would start only the next day (I. E. 21-dec-16) (Showcasing total inefficiency in terms of working times and operation) and i will be informed of the status regularly.

          The whole of next day (22-dec-16), i wasn’t given a single update of what was happening.

          The next day (23-dec-16), i got the shock of my life – i received a call from the service technician late in the afternoon, telling me that the radiator has been replaced, and the coolant has been replenished – however, the engine is overheating. He went on to tell me that this will require an engine examination for which they will charge rs. 3, 000 extra for labour work. And since the service technician was such a genius (Because he could predict what was wrong with the car by simply ‘gazing’ past it) – he went on to state that there was a fault with the engine gasket, which again, quite typically, will require a replacement.

          By this time, i wouldn’t have been surprised even if the service technicians declared my car’s engine to be ‘seized’.

          Nonetheless, the technician assured me to not be worried. Of course, why i should have – it was just a small matter of the engine being potentially seized. He told me that we will get it looked into, and let me know the status first thing next morning (I. E. 24-dec-16).

          The next morning – no one called me up till 11 am – when i called the service technician amir (After 4 attempts, he picked up) – to ask what’s happening – he had no clue! Why? Because he was standing in the bank queue for his personal work. Of course, personal matters were far more important, weren’t they, as opposed to owning-up and meeting the commitments and assurances given to a customer who had his car on the brink of a potentially disastrous engine seizure.

          I called up the service person in-charge mr gourav, and he again assured me to get the matter looked into. Nobody gave me a response until i called repeatedly again the whole of the afternoon. And the whole day passed, without me knowing what was happening.

          So today is 25-dec-16 and incidentally christmas – and i don’t have a clue what’s happening to my car. Or worse – what is wrong with the car.

          Absolutely shocking.

          Can somebody care to look into this matter, and get back to me on this asap? If i don’t receive any response – i will have to take some very drastic actions against the top management at renault india.

          You all cannot simply take me for a ride.

            I bought a car from Renault northcliff and asked for them to source me a second car (nissan np200) They agreed and sold me the nissan np200 as a new 2016 model. Now I need to sell the car and only to find out it was registered as a used 2015 model, this decreases the value tremendously. I sent them an email about this and got ZERO response, meanwhile I need to get this vehicle sold as soon as possible and do you think they care that through their ***** up, I suffer????. This is SHOCKING!!! It's FRAUD and misleading customers and just plain immoral and wrong.

              I gurkamal singh bhangu, i purchased duster from jalandhar dealers and i used to get my vehicle s service from jalandhar but their service is very poor and when i complained about this the concerned parsons deleted my phone number from my account and now the dealer is not in my contacts rather he feeded the unknown number in my account, no phone call on my number regarding the satisfaction from the service of dealer from the jalandhar dealer or head office of the company is being done. The conditions of bathrooms is very poor waiting room chairs are in bad condition tv was not working me many more

                  The complain is about Renault Faridabad Service Center, Located on mathura road near Bata flyover. I went there for an issue to get resolved, the issue was my car's (Kwid-Rxt) petrol indicator sensor wasn't working properly. It usually gets blinking even after filling of 6 Ltrs of fuel sometimes. My complaint no. Was 5th in queue. They took more than 4 hours to deliver my car. I went there at about 10am and they delivered it on 3:30 pm to me on the same day. How could someone wait for a long time, it's acceptable that you're taking time to resolve my issue but why my car is having that much of problems day by day.

                    मैं भोपाल स्थित कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर पर गया अपनी duster car में हो रही परेशानियों को बताने गया था तो वहां मेरी मुलाकात आसिम खान से करवाई जो की मेरी समस्या सुनने से पहले ही मुझपर और मेरे साथी परिजन पर अचानक भड़क गए और बत्तमीजी से बात करना शुरू किया वजाय मेरी समस्या सुनने के तब मुझे लगा की रीनॉल्ट अपने यहाँ कर्मचारियों की योग्यता देखे बिना हमारे भोपाल के असमाजिक तत्वों को भी अपने यहाँ रखती है ।और कंपनी 10000 की सर्विस करवाने पर भी बिना टिन नंबर वाला बिल ग्राहक को थमा देती है।

                      My car is with renault okhla delhi service centre since last six months and they are still not able to repair and deliver it. I never experienced such a poor service from any of the car dealer. I thought investing in something new brand like renault will be a different experience but it was a very bad decision. They are pathetic in service and i would not recommend anyone for it.

                        Dear sir,
                        I am a esteemed customer of our car Kwid rxt(bronze color) which I bought recently. I bought the car from Sky Wheels pvt ltd. When I bought this car I was sure to have a great experience but it was not like that.
                        I took the car to hills and the car didn’t have the power to pull in steep hill roads. Immediately after the incident I took the car to the showroom and explained the service engineer about it, but i dint get any solution. Now the second problem is with the brakes it does not work at some time and the car gets bumped to the car in front. Due which I had to pay the amount of damage of the car in front. After this incident I again took the vehicle to the service centre and again I didn’t get any solution to it. Instead the service manager told my driver that kwid have problems with the breaks so keep distance with car in front and drive .I recently sent my car to the service centre and my driver parked the vehicle in service centre and after 2 days I got my car back untouched and unused with same kilometer reading.
                        Recently inside the town I personally drove the car and both leg brake and hand brake were not working at the same time.
                        Now I request you to change the car because I can’t drive the car with life risk of me and my family.
                        Hoping for a positive response from the headquarters.

                          im suhas, i have purchased kwid 1.0 two months back at renault yelahanka bangalore, i had ordered black grey leather seat covers for my kwid durinf purchase, when the car was delivered, the seat covers were not installed properly, it was looking very ugly and bad without any shape, the original beauty of kwid was lost, sunil whos was accessory person at yelahanka branch told me it will fit properly after 1 or 2 months o[censored]se, but nothing has changed, its looking same worst look, during my first service on 6th december, i complained the same thing to sunil, but he could not fix the issue, im not at all happy with ur service,
                          pls correct the seat cover to fit with original shape or replace them with new ones, i have attached the photo my seats for ur reference. also i have attached photos of my friends kwid, i want seat cover shape to be fitted like that..

                          i hope u can address this, issue, and keep up the brand name, dnt bring negative image to renault brand by give poor servics and support

                            I Mr. Krishna Garodia from Dibrugarh Assam bought a new Renault kwid red car from Dibrugarh Assam from show room c/oPashupati traders..After all the foramilities of payment at the time of receiving the car I was told that one side of the car gate(front left gate)had dent and scratches..I was promised that the same will be rectified shortly within a week after arrival of new car..I took the car with this assurance..Now about 20 days have passed they have no knowledge when the new car will be arriving and are trying to deceive me by saying every other day that its on the way..I am disgusted feeling cheated and will move to consumers court if the same is not sorted out as a priority..At least they should be able to say when the red coloured new kwid with features of Ac, power steering and music system will be arriving..This is for your kind information and necessary action

                              I purchased care in august 2015, within a week need to approach company about a.C. Cooling and pick up issue...After too much follow up the improve a.C. But upto limited extend and said its space car so a.C. Cant give more better cooling, on pick up response...Its take time to come into motion which comes only after 4th gear and upto 4th gear its give feel of bounce. Later on in first service and second service again reached to service center divine...With problem of black smoke ...They replied its beauty of diesel car and there is nothing problem as problem only came when its white smoke. Shocked after 15 moth and 23km suddenly a day the cluth plate worn, bearing damage and flying wheel and damage...And once appoached to customer care and service center they didnt ready to rectify the problem and they gave estimate of 40k after waste of 6 days. Trust me every time have to spend whole day at their service center for service and they took two days to delivered the car even on first and second service !! so total experience was so worst, service center people are so irresponsible, dont have technical knowledge, layer, unethical, unprofessional...As per my person experience.

                              Thanks god on time i faced this prolem and drop my decision to book renault kiwid for my wife and as well on correct time my friends asked my view about renaulat and now neither he or any other friends or my well known will do this mistake and at least i will educate them

                                My Renault Kwid got accident on 04/08/2016 and still I am wating for my car to be repaired. The company person called me on 2/12/16 to deliver my car and taken rs 12000 towads insurance, but while coming back to home after 500meters i found some odd noise & came back to the showroom where they found the coolent hose were not fitted they did not delever my car.

                                Divine Autotech Pvt Ltd (Moti Nagar, Delhi) service centre stole 9-10 litres petrol from my car- KWID when I went for its first service. They denied their disgraceful act. I am going to inform my friends to avoid going there for service. Kindly look into this matter.

                                  This is my second mail regarding problem with my car regd #No# DL8CAM4379 which is laying at divine motor rama road due to worn out of clutch plat. Till date reply i had and the response i had during my y/day telecoms discussion... its seems company dont have any interest to retained with its goodwill, as straight forward you are blaming to yours client about driving sense and not agree that I complaint about pick up issue from the very next...

                                  Dear Sir, send my Lodgy car having number MH 15 FF7094, for repairs of scratches, on 25 Nov 16 to Renault service centre, Satpur Nashik, promised to deliver car after 7/8 days, contacted on 4 th dec16, said will deliver on 6 th Dec, contacted on 6 th said will deliver on 7 th . Sir this is very humiliating. When purchasing New car, assured about prompt services after sales.but sorry to say no promptt service.

                                      Bought kwid rxt 5 months back. Have driven 5000+ km till now. Initially people said new engine will take time to give good mileage. But after this long i gone still an getting very bad milage of 13km without ac even in 2 occupancy. Which is very bad, company committed for 26km milage where at least i should get 20km milage but am getting only 13km.
                                      Glow box is really a big head ache i have changed the glue box lock for numerous of time still it's not getting locked properly. Being always open. Very irritating when ever i enter the car.
                                      Accessories is a 2nd irritation. None of the accessories are available in market except chrome pack.

                                      Same issue with glove box even too much noise in engine. i have multiple time saying but renault not resolve my problem. please don't buy this car...
