The vehicle manufacturing company and the dealer have been harassing me for the last two years. The vehicle has an erratic engine acceleration problem thereby the vehicle consumes exorbitant fuel during running in city traffic. To deny my claims, the dealer has used many harassing practises like, neglecting emails, neglecting phone calls, not servicing the vehicle while the vehicle is in the service station. The vehicle was in service station for almost two months during the two years of my ownership. Once they took the vehicle saying that they will call manufacturer's engineers to attend to the vehicle for it's erratic engine behavior issue. However they did not do anything but did many damaging repair work without my knowledge and permission. They have applied arc welding on the front most sheet metal cross member and thereby weakened the same and the vehicle safety is compromised. I have been repeatedly demanding certificate from them regarding the safety of the vehicle, but they are simply neglecting it. Now they have also stopped providing services to my vehicle and I am unable to service my vehicle. Two year's continuous harassment has resulted in tremendous mental damages and since I am an engineering consultant providing services in many countries; have affected my earnings substantially. I request your good selves to order the vehicle manufacturer and the dealer to compensate my losses which are estimated to Indian Rupees 62, 00, 000.00 (Sixty-two Lakh only).
