I have been travelling to trichy on 14th and all toll plaza we have used fast tag payment. But the samayapuram toll plaza they are purposely saying the fast tag balance is low and demanding us to pay cash. Where as we have credit balance of Rs2803/- Then i have shown the mobile message and after big fight then they did some alteration in the system and released vehicle. They have done the same thing to the prior vehicles. This is not the first time experience for us. 2 to 3 times it was happened only in that toll plaza.
We request you to take immediate action to correct it. They should be punished without any mercy. Was this information helpful? |
