This Mumbai based company has its franchisee at pune. The owner of the company is Mr Rahul Singh with whom I contacted on 18th Oct registered my complaint and sent the mechanic Mr Vikram Shinde in the evening. According to him my machine was not working due to fault in PCB .the cost of which he told me was 8500 for the new one and 6500 for repairing the same. I told him to get a new one. He took the PCB panel with him and promised to send the technician within 2 days after two days he said it will take another one day. .In the meantime I inquired LG centre regarding the cost which was only 4500 rupees approximately. Which is half of the price. After making lot of phone call technician turned up and got the PCB and the door lock which Mr Shinde never mentioned that it was damaged. When I asked to give me back my old PCB they said you will have to pay 500 rs more in order to get it back. ..absolutely shocking. They then said it's your old PCB which we have repaired and put it back. The lock was changed without any information to me. They just said we change door lock as precautionary.
Now the payment part. ...After having negotiations with Mr Rahul the amount to be paid was 2700 and not 8500 which I was told initially.

So the matter of concern is that. ..was the door lock damaged or the PCB? ?? I would just like to say that the franchisee of Repair and works at pune is totally fraud company. Never ever let them come to your place. They are BIG CHEATERS.
The best part of this episode is that in 2700 rs I gained a lifetime information to go to the Authorised company for repairs and service. The no of this company is [protected] Mumbai branch. They have their franchisees at pune kolkata hybd bangalore Delhi Ahemdabad. So people living here make it sure to not to get in their trap.
