Rera — non response of registered case from dec.2017.

I being the complainant registered my case with rera for compensation from builder for not refunding money after canceled the deal in 2013.

The case was registered on[protected], but only one date was given for hearing in feb.2018, but respondent not attended and not produced any reply of notice from rera.

Due to give adjournment and or ex-party order, instead of that till date awaited from concerned office in person for up datation.

All the time concerned officers forced the complainant to
With draw the case applications.

Even rti letter also been un responded till date.

Please advice for legal judiciary approach for process further.
