Karnataka bank,

This is with regards to the cash withdrawal (Detail in the mail below) which was not disbursed from the atm. Complaint was raised on 16th oct 2018 but nothing has happened till now. Below was the mail sent to karataka bank on 12th nov and there has been no response to the mail yet from karnataka bank. Can someone please check and get back to kotak mahindra bank? Its been more than a month and i'm tired of going to and forth kotak and karnataka banks. Request you to action it at the earliest else i will have to raise a dispute with rbi on how the transactions are operated in the respective banks.
