Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — bank fd

Dear sir, i understand कपोल bank is under rbi administration and facing financial restriction since 2014. If so how come i was allowed to open fd of rs 150000 in feb 2017 for maturity in feb 2019. What happens to my fd now maturing next month. I do not have any other sb account with कपोल bank.
