Dear sir/madam,

I have visited sbi ghatkopar west branch nr station for cash withdrawal but they have not given cash to me because they are asking you have not updated your kyc but when i visited my home branch then they have told sir your kyc updated in 2010. It means they are not giving to service to other branch account customer why below given detail of branch and my.

I want to open an account to sbi pooth kalan branch ifsc code SBI0050375
BUT THEY are not accepting physical form and unilaterally asking for online application, it is unfair to force for online application as I do not have access internet facility hence please redress it and direct bank manager to accept my application I physical form.
