Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — cdm machine dispute

Address: North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, 743145

Dear Sir,
I account holder of State Bank of India ( SBIN0006224), on 05/09/2018 at about 21:48:09 hrs did a transaction for cash deposit of Rs 2000.00 by CDM
machine (SBIN0001487) but the amount did not credited due to system link out. After confirm by ATM/CDM security and SBI call center meet with the branch for the amount credit to my acount. After visited the branch on 07/09/2018, a form filled by me and attached a CDM machine print out slip and they said today credit the amount. But after passed 3 days, above amount not yet credit to my account . Please take suitable action on favor me.

Updated by bapibiswas the amount credited on 11/9/2018 at 16:45 hrs and holed the amount 5 days, please claim penalty for 5 days
