I am writing to file a complaint regarding Bank of Baroda's recent decision to block my account without any prior notice or explanation. Despite my attempts to contact the bank via email, I have not received any response or explanation for the account blockage.
As an overseas resident for the past 15 months, I sent my daughter to the branch to inquire about the matter, but we were only told that we would receive a notice via email. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any such notice, which is causing great concern for me.
I would like to bring to your attention that I have issued cheques to HDFC Bank for EMIs and my daughter's school fees. However, due to the account blockage, these cheques may not be processed, causing financial complications for me and my family.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with an explanation for the account blockage. I also request that my account be unblocked immediately so that I can access my funds and manage my financial affairs.
