Dear sir/madam,

I become a victim of a cyber crime. On dated 17/09/2018 my family purchases few clothing items through on line from club factory. From club factory we do not receive any material nor do we get refund of paid money. On connecting a given mobile no [protected] as found in google portal on dated 07/11/2018 the culprit enforce for debit card and tactfully taken card information, otp and fraudulently transacted rs. 8888.00, rs. 9999.00 & rs. 2999.00 by using my debit card the details of transaction highlighted in given bank statement.
The incident immediately reported to, cyber crime cell asansol division as well as my state bank of india mahishila branch. Hence no any help get from their end.

Sir, my complain is with rbi norms? That how a person can open a mobile wallet everyday without authentic documents? By using various fake sims. Whereas bank opens an account by taking various authentic documents, thoroughly verify the documents and then open an account.

This must be restricted at earliest to avoid any online fraud. And i must get refund of my lost money at earliest.
