Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — for consumer product loan

I have taken TV Loan from Bajaj Finance & I have paid full Instalments but still they are calling me frequently saying your 1 EMI is pending even I visited Bajaj Finance Goregaon East office & confirmed all EMI reflection with the passbook which i carried with me 1 EMI which was showing pending in their record they said pl get statment from your bank regarding that EMI which i got it on next day & again visited goregaon east branch & updated that EMI so they said now your EMI is completed you will get NOC from us after 5 working days but no NOC is issued till today & frequently they are calling for pending EMI even i sent mail to Bajaj finserv attching all my EMI statement of my passbook & copy to Reserve Bank of India complain department but till today no reply I got from them again today i got call from Bajaj Finance regarding pending EMI I request you to take severe action against Bajaj Finance
