I am the third winner of Microsoft Yandex uk email award 500000 GBP in this connection i have received the paymrnt Guarantee lr from Governor RBI Dr Urgit Patel
The same has found by ICC 2017 investugation report

But sofar i am not get. It

Moreover i have receivef a message from RBI the transfer charges Rs 32600 payable by me

But sofar i am unable to pay

Pl help me to get the fund in to my local Bank Acc
