Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — I m complaining about refund

I have a refund issue of 431 rupees which was done from amazon company.The amazon says they successfully refunded the amount on 10th of January.but the thing is I have not receivedthe refund amount yet or the amount haven't reflected in my account yet .The amount was refunded on punjab national bank of account no-[protected] & IFSC code is - PUNB0108300 & the brach is chirki.
Reference no of this refund is[protected].
