Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — icici bank: bond redemption late by over 6 months

Dear sir / madam,

I and my wife held icic bonds which were submitted for redemption in october 2018 (Redemption was due in august 2018. Repeatedly have sent emails and made calls to customer care at the bank with no resolution till date. Kindly intevene.

Dear sir / madam,

I write to your on my and my wife's behalf regarding the subject bonds. The bonds were due for redemption in august and in october 2018 we submitted the original bond certificates as per attached documents along with my cancelled cheque, copy of my pan card and cover letter with the current address. The same was repeated again on december 20, 2018.

I received partial redemption of rs 82, 000 odd with deduction not understood by me.

My wife never received any amount till date.

You are requested to please have the same looked into and immediately send all the dues to our respective banks.
