We m/s suryatech solar systems are a pune based company established in 1999. From last 3 days i. E. On 14 march, 15 march & 16 march we have received are still receiving continues calls from morning 9.45 am to till our office closed on our land line no[protected] & 25468191 from one of your mumbai base recovery agency (Whose contact details are[protected] saying name mr. Ravi)
We have no idea why that person is contacting us, asking one of person who was worked with us.in last 3 days we have received more than 400+ calls because of which we have lost our regular business calls & enquiry calls. We are registered with several social media portals that are connecting our potential clients to us by phone calls. One of senior citizen (Elder women) arrived in pune for vacation and wanted to purchase one of our product, but unfortunately she have only our office landline contact no, and because of the continuous harassment by your recovery agent by contacting us on landline number she was not getting chance to get connect with us and failed to establish contact with us & did not able to find out our office location & purchase the our product. Like this in similar way we lost several of our enquiries. Your recovery (May be mentally sick is continuously kept both our land lines no busy & harassed us)
We approached to deccan gymkhana police station twice on 15th may 2019, both time concern police officer contact your above referred parson & instructed him to not to call on office land numbers. However he did not bother and kept harassing us.
Now our minimum 3 lakh business of per day was hampered hence rs. 9, 00, 000/- & harassment penalty of rs.1, 00, 000/- you may have to pay us. You may check you’re outgoing calls records of above phone numbers or we will provide to you from bsnl, pune.
