Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — loan repayment

Hello my name is love dutta actually i have taken one emergency loan from cashjet compony of rupees 4000 and there is my repayment date but due to lockdown in everywhere i m getting problem to repay my amount so cashjet compony is forcing me to do payment and they are calling to my all relatives and friends they have taken my phone daata also so please help me what can i do how can do repayment
