Respected sir, it is respectfully submitted that my name mr surinder singh having an account in hdfc bank branch dhilwan of district. Kapurthala. My a/c no. Is [protected] and the branch code is 2924. My complaint is as under ;
Sir, i'm using this account from the year 2013 and i have completed the kyc procedure two times before. I'm also using the debit card provided to me by the bank. Sir i tried to debit some money with debit card but failed. So i visited the bank and bank manager told me that my account has been inoperative as there is no transaction in last 12 months. Sir i have done the transaction 6 months before on 14th of may 2018. But the manager rudely said me that i have to transact once in 3 months otherwise the account will be inoperative.
Sir, please help me and give me the guidelines as it is not possible to carry aadhar and photographs at every visit to the bank. Sir i'm very much suffered with this problem and the misguidance of the bank manager.
