Sir maine date 03/05/2018 ko 67000rs cdm machen no b140500 pnb vaishali sector 3 ghaziabad mai fino payment bank a/c [protected] main deposit kar raha tha jo ki machen ka server out of service ho gayaor machen nahi khuli to maine bank ko latter diya to bank ne mujhe 11/05/2018 ko kayee baar bank jane ke baad 11/05/2018 ko mujhe bataya gaya ki apke 51100 mile hai 15900 ka kuch nahi bataya or mana kar di pls help me

Today I have withdrawal 2500 ₹ from ICICI bank ATM with transaction ID[protected] on 11/5/2018
The cash I got is written with Red pen the currency no. Is 4MD 237300 of ₹500
But according to govt guideline no one can't write on currency now if bank is adding these currency on Atm then what a user can do
