Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — need tax code

I have recieved email from your delhi remittance department yesterday and informed me that $4, 00, 000 is deposited in my temporary account RBI delhi and my cot no.-cot5667 instruct me to transfer the amount in my local account. Today i was making transfering amount in my local sbi account but at the third step system need tax code regarding this i was called him and they were asked me to deposit rupees 1, 99, 999.00 in the account
plz give me information that this tax and transaction is true or false? please advise me by either email or sms on my mobile no.- [protected]
