Reserve Bank Of India [RBI] — non-response from punjab & sind bank on my raised queries - branch/zonal office/ head office

Address: 144021

Query raised on Net Banking & issue related ECS against Car Loan - SB A/C A/C holder name - Rohit Bhalla || PSB branch SUS Nagar Jalandhar.

I have many times told to Branch for resolution and even many times mark a email to Zonal office as well head office but nobody can bother to respond back on customer queries.

Kindly look into the matter as last follow mail from my side is attached for your kind reference.
